TechForce247 ("we", "us") provides managed IT services and operates the TechForce247 Client Portal at techforce247.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name, work email address, phone number, job title, organization, and profile picture.
  • Google sign-in data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account (the email, profile, and openid scopes). We use this only to authenticate you and create your portal profile. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, or Contacts, and we never post or send anything on your behalf.
  • Support content. Tickets, messages, attachments, and related notes you submit to our support team.
  • IT asset records. Employee, software licence, and hardware records your organization manages inside the portal.
  • Technical data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • Authenticate you and secure access to your organization's data.
  • Deliver IT support, provisioning, and account management services.
  • Communicate with you about tickets, onboarding, and service updates.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for advertising. We share data only with service providers that host or power the portal (for example our cloud database and authentication provider, and the business software your organization asks us to provision), or when required by law.

Data retention and security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access controls, and per-organization data isolation. We retain records for as long as your organization has an active relationship with us, or as required by law, and delete or anonymize them afterwards.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

The portal is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
